The base salary range for this position is $82,500 – $84,300  per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may have higher starting salaries due to cost of living and market data differences. 📝️ Position Summary – Program Manager I

The Program Manager (PM I) is responsible for hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff, inclusive of performance management. The PM I has oversight of the program(s) budget and reports and interfaces with funder partners. The PM I is responsible for program(s) oversight, including quality assurance and program compliance, including required documentation to federal, state, and funder, and Agency standards. The CPM I is also responsible for budgetary and strategic planning related to the program(s) they oversee. PM I is responsible for upholding and supervising to the Agency’s operational, financial, personnel and practice rules, policies and procedures.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Director in managing program operations, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, agency policies, safety standards, and The Joint Commission standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of program budgets, strategic plans, financial reporting, and required reports to funders and partners while ensuring fiscal accountability.
  • Oversee program quality assurance efforts, including compliance with data tracking systems, outcome measurement requirements, and timely reporting of incidents, grievances, and program concerns.
  • Recruit, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and support program staff, including conducting regular supervision, performance management, and ensuring compliance with agency, regulatory, and funder requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor the delivery of program services, ensuring quality service provision, timely documentation, staff support, and adherence to program standards and best practices.
  • Represent the program and agency professionally by serving as a liaison with clients, community partners, funders, and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality, cultural responsiveness, and ethical standards.

✅ Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field and a minimum of one year prior management experience;
  • A minimum of two years’ experience working in a related field / setting (community based, social services, behavioral health, school based or residential setting).
  • Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by funder and Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical. Valid CDL and clean driving record.

📝️ Position Summary – Clinician III

The Clinician III is responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients. Additional responsibilities include regulation compliance, referring agency coordination, documentation and record maintenance.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services in home, office, or community settings while ensuring high-quality client care.
  • Maintain compliance with Agency policies, state regulations, Medi-Cal billing requirements, and documentation standards, including timely completion of reports and clinical records.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, referral sources, and community partners to support effective service delivery.
  • Respond to crises and serious incidents, including on-call responsibilities, emergency services, required reporting, and referral management.
  • Protect client confidentiality, maintain professional boundaries, and uphold ethical standards in accordance with Agency, state, and federal requirements.

✅ Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or Doctorate as defined in the Health and Safety Code, Sections 1506 (e) (f)
  • Intern Registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ACSW,AMFT or APCC
  • Meets all compliance requirements of federal, state, and county regulations by periodic sanction checks

 Licenses and Certifications

  • Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by funder and Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical. Valid CDL and clean driving record.
