The base salary range for this position is $145,000 – $165,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. 📝 Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the Division Director provides strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale portfolio of IHBS programs across California.
This role is responsible for program excellence, fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, and measurable outcomes while driving innovation, expansion, and continuous quality improvement. The Division Director develops high-performing leadership teams, strengthens community partnerships, and serves as a key member of Aspiranet’s senior leadership team.
