The base salary range for this position is $82,500-$84,480 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. Aspiranet is seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to serve as our Program Manager – ECM Data & Analytics.
In this role, you will lead the development of reporting systems, analytics processes, and data workflows that support critical Enhanced Care Management (ECM) programs. Your work will directly influence how care is delivered, measured, and improved for vulnerable populations across California.

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of reporting systems, analytics processes, and data integrity for ECM programs and related initiatives.
This role ensures that all program data and reporting deliverables meet contractual requirements with counties, health plans, and partner organizations. The Program Manager serves as a key liaison between program operations, IT, and external partners, translating operational needs into effective reporting solutions and data workflows.
