The base salary range for this position is $82,500-$84,480 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. 📝 Position Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of reporting systems, analytics processes, and data integrity for ECM programs and related initiatives.

This role ensures that all program data and reporting deliverables meet contractual requirements with counties, health plans, and partner organizations. The Program Manager serves as a key liaison between program operations, IT, and external partners, translating operational needs into effective reporting solutions and data workflows.

 

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Program Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and manage reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics tools
  • Oversee data collection, validation, and analysis for program reporting
  • Monitor program performance, service delivery, and outcomes
  • Establish standardized reporting frameworks and data governance practices

Contractual Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure all reporting obligations are met accurately and on time
  • Translate contract requirements into reporting workflows and processes
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual standards

Data Systems & Technology

  • Support implementation and optimization of EHR and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with IT to automate reporting and improve data integration
  • Manage data pipelines and system workflows across internal and partner platforms
  • Lead system testing (QA/UAT) for enhancements and new implementations

Program Performance & Insights

  • Develop metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes
  • Provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and performance improvement

Collaboration & Workflow Alignment

  • Serve as liaison between program teams, IT, and leadership
  • Support staff training on reporting systems and data workflows
  • Improve referral tracking, coordination, and reporting processes

Process Improvement & Data Governance

  • Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and system utilization
  • Develop documentation for reporting standards and methodologies
  • Support agency-wide data governance and continuous improvement efforts

 

✅ Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in healthcare data, reporting systems, or analytics environments
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, SharePoint, BI tools)
  • Experience building dashboards, automated reports, or reporting systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare programs, population health, or care management models

Preferred Experience

  • ECM, CalAIM, Medi-Cal, or managed care environments
  • EHR systems and healthcare data platforms
  • Contractual reporting and compliance in regulated environments (HIPAA, etc.)
