Aspiranet is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to support accurate and timely payroll operations across our organization.
In this role, you will manage high-volume, full-cycle payroll processing while ensuring compliance with federal and California regulations. Your work plays a critical role in supporting employees across the agency, ensuring they are paid accurately, on time, and with confidence.

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting all aspects of high-volume, full-cycle payroll, including processing, auditing, compliance, reporting, and employee support.
This role partners closely with Human Resources and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support payroll systems and processes in a complex, grant-funded nonprofit environment.
