💰 Pay Range: $70,304 - $72,000
The salary range for this position is $70,304- $72,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. Aspiranet is seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to serve as a Program Supervisor I (STRTP) within our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program.
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a residential cottage, supporting youth ages 9–26 through a trauma-informed, strength-based approach. You will supervise Therapeutic Youth Counselors and partner with behavioral health and social work teams to create a safe, structured, and healing environment where youth can grow, stabilize, and thrive.

📝️ Position Summary
The Program Supervisor I is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential cottage, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a structured therapeutic environment.
This role supervises a team of Therapeutic Youth Counselors and plays a key leadership role in implementing trauma-informed care models, managing schedules and activities, and responding to crises. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Program Supervisor helps ensure youth receive consistent, equitable, and developmentally appropriate care.
