💰 Pay Range: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 – $160,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may have higher starting salaries due to cost of living and market data differences. 📝️ Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the Division Director provides strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale portfolio of TAY programs across 11 counties.
This role is responsible for program excellence, fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, and measurable outcomes, while driving innovation, expansion, and cross-system collaboration. The Division Director also builds and leads a high-performing leadership team and serves as a key member of Aspiranet’s senior leadership group.
