š° Pay Range: $70,304.00- $72,104.00
The salary range for this position is $70,304 - $72.104 per annual year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may have higher starting salaries due to cost of living and market data differences. Aspiranet is seeking a Bilingual Child and Family Social Worker in Bakersfield, California to provide leadership within our IHBS program. In this role, you will guide a multidisciplinary Child and Family Team in delivering individualized, trauma-informed interventions directly in homes and community settings.

As a Bilingual Child and Family Social Worker, you will coordinate and lead Child and Family Team services to ensure individualized intervention plans are effectively developed and implemented. This role remains child-centered, family-focused, culturally responsive, and strengths-based at all times.
You will provide leadership to team members while directly supporting youth with extensive trauma histories in their homes and communities. Your work will focus on improving daily functioning, strengthening family systems, and promoting long-term safety and stability.
