šļø Position Summary
The Projects Coordinator is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and submission of the agencyās funding opportunity proposals. This role supports the agencyās mission by maintaining proposal materials, coordinating documentation, and managing data for internal analysis and leadership reporting.
The position requires collaboration with district offices, consultants, and external agencies to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions. The Projects Coordinator also manages databases, tracks contract terms, and supports the full lifecycle of the proposal processāfrom opportunity identification through submission and award.
