Weāre seeking an experienced leader to join our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) as a Program Supervisor. This role is big-picture and multi-site focused, coaching and mentoring Program Supervisors and their teams across cottages to ensure consistent, high-quality, trauma-informed care.

Aspiranet is seeking a confident, trauma-informed leader to serve as a Program Supervisor within our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP).
This role is ideal for someone who has supervised teams in residential care, behavioral health, education, facility management, or youth-serving environments ā and is ready to lead within a structured, care-focused, and quality-oriented residential setting.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential cottage, supervising Therapeutic Youth Counselors and partnering with Behavioral Health and Social Work teams to ensure a safe, structured, and healing environment for youth.
