As a Child and Family Social Worker, you will lead the Child and Family Team in developing and implementing individualized, traumaāinformed intervention plans. Youāll conduct assessments, facilitate meetings, and ensure that services remain childācentered, familyāfocused, and strengthsābased. Your leadership helps youth improve daily functioning, build resilience, and remain safely connected to their families and communities.
