šļø Position Summary
The Core Program Manager (CPM I) oversees daily program operations in Hanford, CA, ensuring highāquality services, strong staff performance, and full compliance with agency, state, federal, and funder requirements. Working under the direction of the Core Program Director III (CPD III), this role leads staff hiring and supervision, manages program budgets, supports quality assurance efforts, and maintains strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders. The CPM I plays a key role in ensuring programs run smoothly, effectively, and in alignment with Aspiranetās mission.
