The Licensed Clinical Director through clinical and non-clinical supervision, training, and quality assurance activities, will provide direction and support to staff regarding practice and outcomes. The Licensed Clinical Training Manager will work in collaboration with local program management to support staff development and best practices. The Licensed Clinical Training Manager will also work with the management team to set practice standards.
