From foster family support to adoption services, mental health care, and youth transition services, we provide a broad range of services throughout the state.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director to oversee the launch of a new program in partnership with Fresno County DSS. This is a unique start-up role for an experienced LMFT/LCSW or similarly licensed professional. You’ll take the lead in supervising and mentoring associate social workers toward licensure, while guiding and participating in all aspects of program development, direct care, and team management.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Clinical Director, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the program, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and standards. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, ensuring they meet performance goals and uphold our standards.
  • Program Oversight: Manage the program’s budget, report to funders, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices, data tracking systems, and outcome measurements.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Serve as the liaison between clients, partners, staff, and communities. Prepare and submit reports to funders, track incidents and complaints, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Staff Support & Supervision: Provide regular supervision, monitor case/service documentation, and step in to provide direct service or support if needed.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Licensure: Full licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) and the ability to provide clinical supervision to staff.
  • Experience: A Master’s degree in a related field with at least one year of management experience and two years of experience working in a community-based, social services, behavioral health, or residential setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. You should also be comfortable with managing budgets, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Must meet all state-required conditions of employment (background checks, TB/Health clearances, valid CDL, and clean driving record).
    • Ongoing compliance with federal and state regulations.

Why Aspiranet?

At Aspiranet, we believe in fostering a collaborative environment where everyone has a voice and a chance to make a difference. In addition to a meaningful career, we offer a salary with the range of $100,000 to $105,000 and a comprehensive benefits program that includes:

  • Health and wellness benefits
  • Financial security and retirement options
  • Generous work-life balance programs
