💰 Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (Depending on experience & qualifications)

The pay range for this position is $20- $22 per hour for employees hired in Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. Aspiranet, a leading California-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families, is seeking a passionate Math Tutor to join the team at Fusion Charter School in Turlock. In this role, you’ll provide instruction and tutoring to at-risk students, reinforcing math skills and building student confidence. By promoting a school culture, you’ll help students achieve both academic and personal growth.

📝 Position Summary
The Campus Supervisor, under the direct supervision of a site administrator, assists in maintaining acceptable student conduct and a safe school environment on campus and at school sponsored activities, and promotes a trauma-responsive philosophy and school culture.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Supervises students in a school campus and performs yard/cafeteria duties as required
• Patrols the campus during school hours and addresses issues that disrupts the educational process or creates safety and risk management concerns
• Develops and maintains rapport with students and reinforce s positive attitude among students and advises individuals and student groups
• Chaperones field trips and leads/supports student activities, sports and electives, including set up/clean up.
• Participates in mental health training and makes referrals to the school counselor.
• Assists with preventative discipline by explaining school rules to students and parents and reports violations to the principle or assistant principal.
• Checks students who are out of class and notifies school administration of non-compliance; ensures non-students on campus during school hours are removed.
• Assists law enforcement as needed.
• Participates in CPR and safety training.
• Makes phone calls and provides translation for parent meetings as needed.
• Transports students, staff and materials as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned and fills in for staff as required
• Preferred: Ability to translate from English to Spanish and Spanish to English.

✅ Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working or volunteering with at-risk youth
• Knowledge of basic security work and regulations that apply to public schools.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Meets/Zoom and Calendar.
• Meets all state required conditions of employment; i.e. fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report)

• Ability to work outdoors on premise at the school site or off campus.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs.
• Ability to operate a telephone, cell phone, copier, computer and radio/walkie talkie.
• Ability to safely handle or manipulate objects, materials, tools, and operate controls.
• Ability to reach for stacked products, store and retrieve file boxes on high shelves.
• Ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry as much as 20 lbs.
• Licensed and insured to drive a vehicle.
