💰 Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $114,000.00 / annually
The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $114,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley/Bay Area. 📝️ Position Summary
As the Associate Division Director for IHBS, you will partner closely with the Division Director to provide leadership, direction, and operational support to programs throughout the division.
You will help programs achieve their operational, budgetary, and practice objectives while supporting divisional initiatives, program quality, staff development, compliance, and continuous improvement.
This role requires someone who can see both the big picture and the details, a leader who can move comfortably between strategic planning, program operations, leadership consultation, quality improvement, training, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
