About the Role

You’ll lead clinical quality, staff development, and measurable outcomes for high‑risk youth and caregivers across Clovis/Fresno. You will shape practice standards, build clinician capability, and ensure timely, effective care rooted in evidence‑based treatment and compassionate, community‑centered support.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Clinical Practice & Supervision — Provide individual and group clinical supervision (BBS-qualifying) and real‑time case consultation to elevate care quality.

  • Elevate Documentation & Outcomes — Coach teams on high‑quality assessments, treatment planning, Medi‑Cal/CalAIM documentation, and HIPAA-informed standards.

  • Drive Quality Assurance — Conduct monthly chart audits, monitor KPIs, implement corrective action plans, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Advance Evidence‑Based Care — Train and mentor staff in CBT, DBT, EMDR, MI, and trauma‑informed approaches for youth and families.

  • Support Program Operations — Partner with leadership to plan projects, track deliverables, and sustain client care hours and access.

  • Lead High‑Risk Consults — Provide guidance on crisis, safety planning, and escalation pathways; act as signatory for licensed-required documents.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Master’s degree as defined in CA H&S Code §1506 (e/f).

  • Licensure (CA, 2+ years): LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist; meets BBS qualifications to supervise.

  • Experience:

    • 2+ years in a supervisory/management role within behavioral health, IHBS, social services, school‑based, or residential care.

    • 2+ years direct clinical service with high‑risk youth/families; strength in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis response.

    • Skilled in documentation quality, audits, and continuous improvement.

  • Plus Factors:

    • EMDR or other EB modality certification; eating disorder or trauma specialization.

    • Bilingual/bicultural (e.g., Spanish, Hmong) to meet local community needs.

    • Familiarity with CalAIM, Medi‑Cal, and county behavioral health systems.
