Aspiranet, a leading California-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families, is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Father Child Engagement Specialist (FCES) to join our Fatherhood Program in Antioch. In this role, you will conduct outreach, engagement, and enrollment activities with African American/Black fathers who have a pregnant partner, infant, or toddler under the age of one. Youāll facilitate evidence-based parenting classes, host fatherāchild events, and provide case management services designed to strengthen family bonds and create lasting positive impact.
