The Role

As our Mental Health Clinical Supervisor, you will provide essential clinical oversight and training to pre‑licensed therapists and social workers. You will serve as the gatekeeper of clinical quality, ensuring every family receives evidence‑based, trauma‑informed care.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Supervision: Weekly BBS‑required individual and group supervision for ASWs and AMFTs.
  • Clinical Excellence: Oversee treatment plans and documentation to meet Medi‑Cal and county standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage caseload assignments, track productivity, and support grievance resolution.
  • Evidence‑Based Oversight: Guide staff in CBT, DBT, Triple P Parenting, Seeking Safety, and more.
  • Community Linkage: Collaborate with DMH, DCFS, and participate in MDT meetings.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Professional: Valid CA LCSW or LMFT for at least 2 years.
  • Experienced Leader: Minimum 2 years in a clinical leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skilled Clinician: Strong knowledge of diagnostic methods and clinical practice standards.
