šļø Summary Position
The Foster Care Services Director is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and coordination of Aspiranetās foster care and adoption services. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of foster care and adoption programs, including compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, fiscal oversight, promoting best practices in child welfare, and support the recruitment, training, and retention of staff and foster families. Strong leadership, program management, and communications skills are essential for the success in this role.

This position is fully on-site. This role requires availability for occasional evening hours and after-hours crisis consultation on a rotating basis. Travel is required for site visits or meetings. This role is based in a collaborative office environment where Aspiranet provides a wide continuum of Social and Behavioral Health Services.
