Program Supervisor – Therapeutic Residential Programing in a Scenic Setting

Join our team as a Program Supervisor in our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP), where you’ll work in a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment with no more than 4 youth at a time. This small group model allows you to truly connect and make a lasting impact.

Our program is located in a beautiful country setting with brand-new, state-of-the-art facilities and programming currently under construction—a fresh, innovative space designed to inspire growth and healing.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support a dedicated team of direct care staff.
  • Ensure quality services that meet regulatory and program standards.
  • Provide training, supervision, and guidance to staff and volunteers.
  • Step in to provide direct care when needed, ensuring consistent support for youth.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in youth services, residential care, or social services preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed care principles and positive youth outcomes.

Education and Work Experience 

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Psychology, Child Development or related field
  • Experience working with at risk youth required
  • Residential Program Experience Preferred
  • Supervisory/Management experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by funder and Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical. Valid CDL and clean driving record. 
  • Meets all compliance requirements of federal, state, and country regulations by periodic sanction checks.
