Your Future Team

Our Moorpark office is seeking a Core Program Manager II to provide oversight of program(s) budget, strategic planning, reporting, direct care staff and the provision of quality services in our local foster care and adoption program.  Aspiranet’s programs offer services that are client-centered, trauma-informed, and reflective of best practice standards in the field.  When you work for Aspiranet, you join a committed team whose efforts positively affect children and families.

Your Skills and Duties

  • Manages program to budget, regulatory and funder standards.
  • Provides day to day direction and supervision of direct care staff.
  • Coordinates and oversees service delivery to best practice standards.
  • Recruits, hires, orients, trains, supervises and develops direct reports per agency guidelines.

Education & Work Experience

  • Masters Degree in a psychology or social service field and a minimum of one year prior management experience
  • Three years as clinician/therapist or casework in the field of psychology or family/child welfare services

Licenses & Certifications

  • Intern or licensed registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ACSW, AMFT, APCC or Registration as a Psychological Assistant 
  • Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by funder and regulatory body; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index Clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.
  • Meets all compliance requirements of federal, state, and country regulations by periodic sanction checks.
