The Clinical Services Director for Aspiranet’s Hope Forward program in Turlock is a member of a multi-disciplinary leadership team working in a group home setting (STRTP) dedicated to supporting youth who have experienced severe trauma. You will use your clinical, leadership and management skills to oversee treatment services and supervise and support the project’s clinicians and substance abuse counselors.   This is your opportunity to change the lives of traumatized youth and their families, and to help develop clinicians and SUD counselor’s knowledge and skills. Qualifications for this position are:

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work or a Psychology/Counseling-related field
• Licensed with the BBS as an LMFT, LPCC, SW or Psychologist and qualified to provide clinical supervision to Master’s-level interns toward licensure
• Minimum two (2) years providing SUD services (preferred) and three (3) years providing clinical services to youth with complex trauma
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in administrative supervision or management
