Position Title: Core Program Coordinator

External Description:

Summary:

Under the direction of the Core Program Manager, the Core Program Coordinator (CPC CCR/CFT) is responsible for coordinating services per funder/agency/regulatory requirements. Major responsibilities include coordination of services, scheduling of meetings and being a  program level liaison between the agency and referral sources.

 

Additional Tasks Specific to this Position:

  1. Coordinate Child and Family Team meetings with multiple individuals, including staff, community partners and general public in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Schedule and maintain conference/meeting room calendars and meeting space appearance.
  3. Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences.
  4. Generate accurate and timely database reports.
  5. Provide general reception for the program.
  6. Operate a multi-line phone system.
  7. Manage and reconcile petty cash account.
  8. Code and submit all reimbursements and vendor invoices.
  9. Inventory and purchase all office supplies.
  10. Complete administrative support tasks such as data enter, file manage, scan, copy and prepare intake packets.
  11. Serve as local technical support related to agency equipment.
  12. Prepare clear, concise written reports and summaries including meeting minutes and correspondence.
  13. Model Aspiranet’s values, represent the agency in a professional manner, and abide by the agency’s Professional Code of Ethics.
  14. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Core Program Manager/Core Program Director.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years experience in providing services in related field working with youth and families.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work closely and develop strong relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Effective time management, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to travel to program sites.
  • Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by funder and Community Care Licensing for a Licensed community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical. Valid CDL and clean driving record.
  • Meets all compliance
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish required.
