As a Clinical Director you’ll be a part of a comprehensive team that is successfully supporting the needs of our high-risk youth and families.  Through strong collaboration, you’ll provide clinical support and oversight focused on best practices and client centered field-based program service delivery.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As a Clinical Director, you’ll provide clinical oversight to multiple Aspiranet programs in Camarillo, California, who provide comprehensive team based services to clients who struggle with behavioral and mental health issues. You will have a direct impact on the success of the program by providing clinical training, mitigating client safety issues, supporting program compliance and managing the team's ability and willingness to provide strength-based trauma-informed care. You'll rely upon your attention to detail as you review and approve documentation and care plans. We meet families at their most vulnerable times, build on their strengths, respect the family’s voice and choice, and support them through challenges as they repair and strengthen their family bond. 

You’ll have opportunities to provide field-based in-the-moment modeling, coaching, and feedback to the clinicians and other team members to support their clinical growth.   As a way to strengthen families and support in times of need, you will provide back-up after hours support to staff on a rotation basis.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or licensed Psychologist for a minimum of four years and completed a clinical supervision course that meets the BBS standards to provide clinical supervision to staff accruing clinical hours towards licensure.

Minimum of five years’ experience providing clinical supervision to staff and/or licensed Clinical Supervisors in the field of family or child mental health or related field; plus a minimum of three years supervisory/management experience in related field.
