About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Human Resources Analyst with an emphasis on Learning and Development.  We are seeking candidates who possess strong instructional design and development experience, and who enjoy working on analytics and HR related projects.  This dynamic role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is based in our headquarters location in South San Francisco.

Your Impact

  • Develop and deliver training programs, learning material, workflow documentation and communication solutions across the agencyConsult with leaders and subject matter experts to identify and address the prioritized learning needs of the agencyCreate interactive and engaging courses and workshops
  • Support the development and implementation of Aspiranet’s new supervisor training program
  • Support an e-learning environment that allows for optimized access, administration, tracking and reporting
  • Develop assessments and measure progress and evaluate effectiveness of training
  • Compile and analyze HR data to identify root causes and recommendations
  • Lead and support HR projects in related areas of the department such as of Talent Acquisition, Benefits and Wellness, Employee Relations, Payroll, Safety and Risk, or Compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with instructional design and development principles and possesses experience with creating and administering training content and programs
  • Experience with needs assessment, analyzing organizational challenges, and developing solutions that have a measurable impact on addressing performance gaps and issues
  • Ability to develop web-based training utilizing computer-based training development software
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel to sort and compile data and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to delivery training
  • Ability to work quickly with tight time frames is a must
