Position Title: Core Program Manager I
As a Social Services Manager with Aspiranet in Concord, California, you’ll lead a team of social service new professionals delivering direct care to children that have experienced the trauma of being removed from their homes for abuse or neglect. Fuel your passion for helping children in need while providing leadership and mentorship to new caregiver staff. As a Social Services Manager, you will use your education, experience and leadership abilities to manage an innovative center based program in Contra Costa County.
The Social Services Manager oversees a team of 4 full-time professionals and 10 on-call staff, providing trauma-informed care and supervision to children and youth in crisis. You will oversee Aspiranet’s receiving center in Contra Costa County. This program provides a safe loving home-like environment where children are taken when they’ve been removed from their home. This is a hands-on management role. Your success as a Social Services Manager will depend on your ability to impart your expertise and experience to our caregivers. The Center staff on the average care for 4-5 children at a time. You will have the resources necessary to create good outcomes while providing brief loving, care in a home-like environment.

If you have a Master’s degree with one year of previous management experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with two years of management experience, apply right now.
