Position Title: Core Program Manager II
As a Social Services Program Manager with Aspiranet in Salinas, California, you’ll lead a team of social service paraprofessionals and a behavioral health clinician delivering direct care to children that have experienced trauma. Fuel your passion for helping families in need while providing leadership and mentorship to a diverse group of caregivers, clinician and administrative staff. As a Social Services Program Manager, you will use your education, experience and leadership abilities to help develop innovative programs in, and to develop your own team.
$5,000 Sign On Bonus (Half at time of hire, the other half after 6 months)
The Social Service Program Manager oversees a team of child care workers including on-call child care staff, and a Clinician providing trauma-informed care and supervision to children and youth in crisis. You will oversee Aspiranet’s receiving center, where children are cared for when they’ve been removed from their home. Your success as a Social Services Program Manager will depend on your ability to impart your expertise and experience to the caregivers and clinician. You will have the opportunity to influence the care provided to the children at the Center assessments completed for each youth. You will have the resources you need to produce positive outcomes for children and youth.
