Your Future Team
Aspiranet’s Residential Program is home to young men ages 10-18. The Youth Care Professional (YPC) works collaboratively with our youth, parents, social workers and clinical staff to implement a strength based and trauma informed plan to assist our youth on their path to a brighter future. As a YPC you will assigned to one of eight cottages. Your primary responsibility is to provide the day-to-day care and supervision of six to eight youth in your cottage.
Your Impact
The Behavior Intervention Specialist responsible for supervising, protecting and caring for residents of the STRTP program both individually and in groups at all times. Major responsibilities include providing frequent on-call support to the cottages assigned when the YCP staff need support in managing youth or young adults demonstrating acting out behavior that could potentially place the cottage residents and staff at risk, problem solving, incident documentation, safety monitoring, violation and child abuse reporting, and training.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 DOE
Hours: Full Time; hours and shift variable.
