Your Future Team
Our Antioch office is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide oversight of direct care staff and the provision of quality services in our local foster care and adoption program. Aspiranet's programs offer services that are client-centered, trauma-informed, and reflective of best practice standards in the field. Your Skills and Duties
- Provide day to day direction and supervision of direct care staff.
- Coordinate and oversee service delivery to program and regulatory standards.
- Recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise, and develop direct reports per agency guidelines.
Education and Work Experience
- Masters Degree in a related field which meets approval by Community Care Licensing.
- Three years of full-time social worker or casework in the field of family of child welfare services.
Licenses and Certifications
- Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by funder and Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical. Valid CDL and clean driving record.
