Position Title: Clinical Supervisor
As an Aspiranet Clinical Case Manager in Salinas, California, you’ll oversee the assessment, development of care plan and linkage to on-going services for children and youth in a receiving center setting. In this highly collaborative role, you will be directly responsible for developing a plan and guiding services that address the emotional and behavioral needs of children and youth. If you want to provide lead clinical direction on interventions and support for youth in a fast-paced, 72-hour setting, the Clinical Case Manager position is for you.
The Clinical Case Manager is able to meet with children and youth to assess and develop a care plan that reflects their immediate needs while in our receiving center in Monterey County. This collaborative, high-profile position works with receiving center staff, county behavioral health staff, community partners, nurses and law enforcement to provide real-time help related to children and youth with high risk behaviors resulting from trauma. Working closely with the Receiving Center staff, you will assess, determine immediate needs and develop an individualized intervention strategy for each child and youth. Your goal with every child is to help set them up for success after they leave the center. You will work directly with children and youth who have experienced abuse, and neglect as well as placement disruption.
