Position Title: Core Program Manager I

External Description:

Make an impact on your community as a Clinical Program Manager, in Modesto, California, while utilizing your experience providing therapy/social work in the field. While supervising a staff of social workers and/or clinicians, you’ll see that the intensive home-based programs are successfully supporting the needs of our high-risk youth and families.  Through strong collaboration, you will guide your team to support high-risk families in achieving their full potential.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY    

As a Clinical Program Manager, in Modesto, California, you’ll hire, train, supervise and evaluate 5-7 social workers and/or clinicians who implement treatment plans for youth and families who struggle with behavioral and mental health issues. You’ll have a direct impact on the success of the program as a resource to those you supervise by training staff, mitigating client safety issues, supervising, supporting and evaluating, staff’s ability and willingness and supporting quality program compliance. As part of the team-based approach, you’ll participate in group supervision, staff meetings and have the ability to shadow those you supervise to provide in-the-moment modeling, coaching, and feedback. As a way to strengthen families and support in times of need, you will provide back up support to clinicians and/or social workers on a rotation basis.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

If you have a Master’s degree in psychology or social work and are registered with the BBS as an AMFT, ASW or APCC with a minimum of two years’ experience working with high-risk youth and families we encourage you to apply today.
