As an In-Home Behavioral Health Therapist with Aspiranet in Merced, California, you’ll deliver direct therapeutic care to children, youth and families in their homes and communities. The Behavioral Health Therapist provides individual, family and group therapy to clients struggling with behavioral health and mental health issues. You will provide in-home therapeutic care as part of a team-based approach. Your success as a behavioral Health Therapist will depend on your ability to connect and care for your small client case load. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement care plans as the leader of a therapeutic team. And you will have the resources you need to create positive outcomes.
Aspiranet supports your success at each step. We believe in providing small caseloads, no more than an average of 12 families, to enable you as a Behavioral Health Therapist to have an opportunity to engage and work with your clients. We provide ongoing training and career development opportunities that include trauma informed training, crisis intervention, Motivational Interviewing and resiliency training- Community Resiliency Model. In addition, you will receive hours towards licensure signed off by a licensed therapist. And there is plenty of room for advancement, both in Stanislaus County and, because Aspiranet is a statewide organization, throughout California.

If you have a Master’s degree or Doctorate and are registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ASW or AMFT or APCC or registered as a Psychological Assistant with the Board of Health and Welfare, apply right now.
